        HOW TO SEND YOUR EQUIPMENT FOR REPAIR (if you prefer courier services)

• Step 1: Pack your phones and pad them with crumpled newspaper.
   
• Step 2:    Include a packing list with your name, address, phone number, and a list of what you're sending so we can notify you of any discrepancies. Also, please include a description of the problem if possible, and whether it's intermittent or delayed.
• Step 3: Please inform us before sending the parcel
